How old are you?
Though not all images on TDM contain nudity, the overall project is undeniably adult oriented in nature. For this reason all TDM models must be 18 years of age or older.
How do you feel about nude imagery?
*
I am willing to shoot completely nude images.
I am willing to shoot implied nudity.
I am uncomfortable with nude imagery, but I still want to participate.
I have other restrictions and will elaborate in the comment section.

A few people have mentioned having trouble submitting via iPhones. If you're having this problem just fill out the form without images and we can connect via email.
More information will be provided via email before any shoot, but models are expected to sign a release form for the project. If you don't know what this means, please ask.
Tiny Death Machine is based in southern Louisiana, USA. This is not to say that travel is unavailable, but be aware of the logistics when requesting a collaboration. Most people want to shoot ASAP, but due to scheduling it may be a while before arrangements can be made. If you have a time-sensitive shoot in mind, please be sure to note that in the comment section. You may also want to include various details and shoot ideas. Let TDM know what you're looking to create.
If you decide to model for TDM, please be vocal about your comfort level with various types of imagery. Most imagery produced will be made available online via the blog unless you purchase a private session. If you have questions don't hesitate to ask. TDM will not try to persuade you into any style that makes you uncomfortable, but if you think you may change your mind after the image is created you should be vocal about your concerns. The photographic process is a collaboration made stronger through trust and communication. Be vocal.
